Hi, I'm Paul Miles, your local Liberal for Mindarie.

The Mindarie community has held a special place in both mine and wife Shelly’s hearts for many years. Our children grew up here, attended local schools, and are actively involved in the area.

 

Now, we’re excited to see our three grandchildren experience the same sense of connection and community as they grow up. Giving back has always been a priority for me. For over 45 years, I’ve been actively involved with the Wanneroo Lions Club, participated in Local Drug Action Groups, supported environmental initiatives like tree planting with Greening Australia, and served as Commodore of the Suncity Yacht Club in Two Rocks.

My public service journey started as a Councillor when I was first elected in 2007. I then had the privilege of representing Wanneroo as the State Member of Parliament from 2008. After my time as MLA and Minister, I returned to Council where I continue to serve our community today.

Mindarie deserves a representative who genuinely understands its needs and will work hard to address them. As a member of the Liberal team, I’m fighting for real action on rising cost of living, practical solutions to the housing crisis, expanded healthcare services, more support for our elderly, better programs for local young people, and more local job opportunities.
